Refund policy

Twisted Mountain Boutique has a 10 day return policy. Your have 10 days to have your item/items returned and received by Twisted Mountain Boutique 14950 US-20, Caldwell, ID 83607

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, no makeup stains or stains of trying on the garment, free of animal hair, scent and cigarette smoke and in its original package. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All Returns on items that meet the proven criteria are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping cost on a return.  We do NOT do exchanges.

Store credit will never expire and can be used for any item on our website. If you got free shipping, the amount credited will be the final item/items paid LESS the shipping. 

Damages and issues

If an item is incorrect, damaged or missing upon arrival email us at Twistedmountainboutique@gmail.com with a description and pictures. Please check your items with in 7 days of receipt. 

Sales & Final sales
All Items on Sale, Jewelry, purse straps, purses, backpacks, gift cards, belts, and buckles are FINAL SALE. 

Giveaway

Any and all times received in a giveaway cannot be returned and or exchanged. 

When a giveaway winner has been announced the winner has 72 hours to accept or prize will be forfeited.
